We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Northampton, Northamptonshire. We offer a permanent 39 hour full time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week. Please note that for full time positions we will generally require you to be fully flexible in your availability for work throughout the week, including weekends.
Pay & benefits

The amount that you will earn depends on your age:
- Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
- Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

You will be:
- Making all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Helping customers find the items that they are looking for.
- Giving a fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handling stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for our customers to buy.
- Working with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.
