We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Wolverton, Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days per week, including weekends. The role requires availability for weekday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay – £10.10 per hour for ages 16‑20, £12.31 per hour for ages 21+.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and a simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for customers to buy.
- Work with the rest of the team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy – from deliveries to till service to stock routines.
- Reliability – you will be an important part of a small team and must deliver your best on each shift.
- Flexibility – ability to cover slightly different hours to cover for colleagues and a rota planned three weeks in advance.
