We are looking to recruit Shift Managers for our new Distribution Centre opening in Daventry (postcode: NN11 8QL). We are looking to fill a mixture of shift patterns which operate on a any 5 days from 7 cycle (including weekends).
Available shift patterns include:
- Days (6am-2pm)
- Lates (2pm-10pm)
- Nights (10pm-6am)
Pay, Working Hours performance review, appraisal, disciplinary, grievance and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. Monitor inbound or outbound Trunks to ensure SLAs are strictly adhered to. Flexible approach to working hours – shifts are 12‑hour, 4-on-4-off cycle (including weekends). Note: shift patterns may vary between 5‑day 7‑cycle and 4-on-4-off 12‑hour cycles. Based out of our site in Monkspath, Solihull, you will need to have a flexible approach to working hours.
