Retail Assistant – Full Time – Kettering, Northamptonshire
Hours: 39 hours across 5 days a week (including weekends). Permanent position.
Pay: £10.95 per hour for ages 16‑20; £12.81 per hour for ages 21+.

Responsibilities
- Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering assistance packing, and thanking customers.
- Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, place products into freezers and onto shelves.
- Work with team to complete daily and weekly routines to keep shops safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy with varied tasks (deliveries, till, floor service, cleaning, stock rotation).
- Reliable and dependable as part of a small team.
- Some flexibility around shifts to cover team members when necessary.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
