We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This permanent part‑time position requires a minimum of 16 hours across 4 days each week, including weekends, with a variety of shifts.

- Hourly rate: £10.95 for ages 16‑20; £12.81 for ages 21+.

Responsibilities
- Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers locate items they need.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, including packing and giving a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock carefully during deliveries and store products on shelves.
- Work with the team to maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and tidy routines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
- Enjoy being busy: able to move between deliveries, till service, floor assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
- Reliable and a valuable team member; dependable across shifts.
- Some flexibility with shifts; ready to cover for teammates as needed.
