Job Summary
We are recruiting a part‑time retail assistant at our shop in Ponders End, Enfield, Greater London, working a minimum of 20 hours per week across four days, including weekends. You will need to be available for weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

As one of our retail assistants you will:
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
- Help customers find items they need
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills and assist with packing
- Handle stock, deliveries, and positioning products on shelves
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy
You will need:
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working attitude
- Enjoy being busy, able to move quickly between tasks such as delivery, till, customer service, cleaning and stock rotation
- Reliability and dependability to the team and customers
- Flexibility with shifts, including covering for colleagues on holiday
- Successful completion of an Employment Verification check if offered the position
