We are recruiting warehouse operatives to pick orders for our shops from our distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent full-time position with shift patterns including weekend days. Part-time work may also be available.
Shift patterns:
- Day shift – 06:00 to 14:00 (5 days per week + at least one weekend day)
Pay and benefits:
- Hourly pay: £13.69/day (under 21: £10.90); £14.85 for afternoon, late and night shifts (under 21: £12.35)
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week; overtime regularly available

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse
- Work within health and safety requirements of the site
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older (health and safety reasons)
- Physically fit, able to meet productivity targets
- Friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work
- Experience in a warehouse or manual handling equipment an advantage
