We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Details about the new site are included below:

  • Address = Logicor Park Daventry, Royal Oak Way N, Daventry, NN11 8QL.
  • Induction starts on Monday 24th August.

We offer a permanent full time position and have a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.

We may also have some part time work available.

Shift patterns include

  • Night shift - From 22:00 to 06:00

Pay, working hours & benefits

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.69 per hour for day shifts (£10.90 if you are under 21) and £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts (£12.35 if you are under 21).

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime is regularly available.

As one of our Reach Truck / FLT drivers you will

  • Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
  • Keep accurate records.
  • Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

You will need

  • To have previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in-date Reach Truck licence.
  • To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
  • A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
  • Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment then let us know about it in your application.
