Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Assist customers in locating items.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack, and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock carefully during deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves.
- Support the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy – ability to switch between deliveries, till service, customer assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
- Reliability – essential for a small team; colleagues and customers depend on you to perform at best each shift.
- Flexibility in shifts – willingness to cover for teammates, with rota planned 3 weeks in advance.
- Pass an employment verification check (HMRC).
