We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate: £13.61
- Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week (£530 per week)
- Overtime may be available

Responsibilities
- Lead the shop team and support the manager in running an efficient shop
- Take full responsibility for the shop during the manager’s absence – customer care, deliveries, shop routines, safety, cleanliness and tidiness
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop retail assistants
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
Qualifications & Experience
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach
- Strong people skills and ability to build working relationships
- Trustworthy, reliable and dependable
- Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industry (preferred but not essential)
- Completion of employment verification check and basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland check if successful
