We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: £13.61
  • Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week (£530 per week)
  • Overtime may be available

Responsibilities

  • Lead the shop team and support the manager in running an efficient shop
  • Take full responsibility for the shop during the manager’s absence – customer care, deliveries, shop routines, safety, cleanliness and tidiness
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop retail assistants
  • Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll

Qualifications & Experience

  • Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach
  • Strong people skills and ability to build working relationships
  • Trustworthy, reliable and dependable
  • Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Completion of employment verification check and basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland check if successful
