We are looking to recruit FLT – Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using Reach Trucks at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a permanent full‑time position working 5 days per week, including weekends.

Shift Pattern & Pay

Shift pattern includes a night shift (22:00‑06:00). We offer an hourly pay rate of £15.07 per hour for day shifts and £17.59 per hour for afternoon, late, and night shifts. Full‑time employees are guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime is regularly available.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in‑date Reach Truck licence
  • Physically fit, able to meet productivity targets
  • A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is an advantage but not essential
