Farmfoods are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Yardley shop in West Midlands (B25 8LW). This is a permanent full-time role, typically 43 hours across 5 days, with at least one weekend shift. A DBS check may be required, and full flexibility across weekdays and weekends is expected.
You will work closely with the shop manager to drive a well-run store, coach a small team, and help manage costs while delivering excellent customer service in our 300+ shops nationwide.
