Retail Assistant – Part‑Time
Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside.
Hours and Pay
- 16 hours per week across 4 days.
- Pay: £10.95–£12.81 per hour (age 16‑20 = £10.95; age 21+ = £12.81).
- Position is permanent part‑time with a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide excellent service at the tills.
- Handle stock deliveries and organize products swiftly for customer access.
- Support daily and weekly routines to keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.
- Work collaboratively with team members, covering shifts as needed.

- Friendly, positive, and hard‑working approach.
- Reliable and committed, able to support the small team consistently.
- Flexible with shift times, willing to adapt to cover other team members.
- Wishes to develop within the business and new staff will be considered for future management roles.
- Eligibility to complete an Employment Verification check.
