We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington. This is a permanent full-time position with a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. We may also have some part-time work available.
Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.
Pay: £13.17 - £14.28 per hour.
Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.
Shift patterns include: Night shift from 20:00 to 04:00.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
- Keep accurate records.
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
Requirements:
- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).
- To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work.
- Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment then please mention it in your application.

As one of our warehouse operatives you will start with picking orders; there may also be opportunities to work in goods in and loading operations.
