We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington. We offer a permanent full‑time position working five days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.
Shift pattern includes:
- Afternoon shift (14:00 to 22:00)
- Night shift (22:00 to 06:00)
Pay, working hours & benefits:
We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.28 per hour for afternoon and night shifts. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full‑time positions, and if you’re looking to earn a bit more, overtime is regularly available.

As one of our Reach Truck / FLT drivers you will:
- Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
- Keep accurate records.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
You will need:
- Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in‑date Reach Truck licence.
- Physical fitness, as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is desirable, but not essential.
