We are looking to recruit FLT - Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull. We offer a permanent full time position working 5 days a week, including weekends.

Shift pattern include: Night shift (22:00-06:00)

Pay, working hours & benefits:

  • We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.69 per hour for day shifts.
  • We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts.
  • You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and overtime is regularly available.
  • In addition to your pay you will also benefit from:

As one of our Reach Truck / FLT drivers you will:

  • Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
  • Keep accurate records.
  • Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

You will need:

  • To have previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in-date Reach Truck licence.
  • To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
  • A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
  • Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment then let us know about it in your application.
