Pay: £13.69-£14.85 per hour, adjusted for age (under 21: £10.90 for day shifts, £12.35 for afternoon/late/night shifts).

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands. We offer a permanent full time position with a variety of shift patterns, working 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
Shift patterns:
- Night Shift - 20:00 to 04:00
- Night Shift - 22:00 to 06:00
Full time workers are guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime is regularly available for those who want to earn more.
In addition to pay, you will receive:
- 30 days annual leave
- Regular breaks during your shift, plus additional warming breaks when picking in the cold store

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops
- Keep accurate records
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site
- Assist with goods in and loading operations where opportunities arise
Qualifications:
- Aged 18 or over
- Physically fit to meet productivity targets
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work
- Warehouse or manual handling experience is an advantage but not essential
