We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Little Hulton, Salford. This is a permanent 39‑hour full‑time position with flexible shifts, five days per week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Applicants must be fully flexible throughout the week, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly, and shop routines maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.

- Trustworthy and reliable, dependable by team and customers.
- Some experience as a supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or similar industries is preferred, but not essential.
- Completion of a Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if hired for the advertised position; employment is subject to a satisfactory check.
