We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire.
Hours
- 20 hours across 4 days per week
Pay
- Ages 16-20: £10.95 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make all our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care, work deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves.
- Work with the rest of the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy and able to handle multiple tasks throughout a shift.
- Reliable, as you will be an important part of a small team; your colleagues and customers depend upon you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
- Flexible for shift changes; rota planned three weeks in advance.
- Will complete an Employment Verification check if successful.
