We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This part-time position requires a minimum of 12 hours across 3 days per week, including weekends.
Job Details
- Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week
- Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour (age based)

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and signing off with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and on shelves.
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive, hard-working approach.
- Enjoy being busy; able to handle tasks from deliveries to tills to cleaning.
- Reliable: dependable on every shift.
- Flexible shifts to cover team absences; rota planned three weeks in advance.
