We are looking to recruit a new Assistant Manager for our shop in Sweet Briar Retail Park, Norwich. This permanent full‑time position requires flexibility across the week, typically holding at least one weekend shift.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop the team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Act as shop manager in absence, ensuring customers, deliveries, and routines are handled safely and efficiently.
- Motivate and guide the team to control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
- Support with recruitment and induction of new team members.
