Position: Retail Supervisor – Part Time
Hours: 16 hours per week, generally including some weekend work.
Pay: £13.61 per hour (minimum £217 per week). Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities
- Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- People skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Trustworthy and reliable, as you will be an important part of a small team.
- Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to complete an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check (Scotland) if successful.
