We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire. The role is a permanent part‑time position with a minimum of 16 hours over 4 days each week, including weekday evenings and full weekends.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care during deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Enjoy being busy – able to jump between deliveries, tills, customer service, cleaning, and stock rotation.
