We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Ashford, Kent. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days per week, including weekends.
The role involves juggling deliveries, till service, customer assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation during a shift. Reliability is essential; being an important part of a small team means being dependable to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
Flexibility with shift times is required, including occasional changes to cover for holidays; the rota is planned three weeks in advance with commitments considered.
