As one of our retail assistants you will:
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
- Help customers find the items they are looking for
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy
You will need:
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work
- Enjoy being busy with varied tasks from deliveries to till service, customer assistance, cleaning, stock rotation, and more
- Reliability, as a key part of a small team, dependable on every shift
- Flexibility with shifts; rota’s are planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside work are considered
