The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking to recruit experienced qualified Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) drivers who will be based at our distribution centre in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.
We offer a permanent full time position and have a variety of shift patterns available which usually includes at least one weekend day. We may also have some part time work available.
Responsibilities- Complete delivery drops to shops.
- Unload palletised goods from the vehicle using a powered pallet truck and tail lift.
- Collect waste and other items from the shop to return to the depot.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks.
- Have a safe and efficient approach to driving.
- Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement).
- Minimum 6 months experience driving class 1 vehicle.
- Digital tachograph & CPC card.
- No greater than 6 points on your driving licence with no dangerous driving or drink-related endorsements.
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
- Hours: 45 hours per week, early starts between 1am-6am, 5 on 3 off pattern.
- Pay: £17.52 per hour; overtime regularly available.
- 6 weeks holiday; 15% staff discount; staff benefits package and more.
