Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) Trunking Driver
Hours: 45 hours per week Pay: £18.22 per hour Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more!
We are looking to recruit both experienced and newly qualified Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) drivers based at our distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull, West Midlands.
We offer a permanent full‑time position with various shift patterns, usually including at least one weekend day. Some part‑time work may also be available.
- Shift patterns available
- Sunday to Thursday – 45 hours per week (Starting time between 4pm and 6pm)
- Tuesday to Saturday – 45 hours per week (Starting time between 4pm and 6pm)
Pay, working hours & benefits
- Hourly pay rate of £18.22 and guaranteed a certain number of hours per week.
- Overtime regularly available.

As one of our drivers you will
- Complete delivery drops to shops.
- Unload palletised goods from the vehicle using a powered pallet truck and tail lift.
- Collect waste and other items from the shop to return to the depot.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks.
- Have a safe and efficient approach to driving.
You will need
- Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement).
- Digital tachograph & CPC card.
- No greater than 6 points on your licence with no dangerous driving or drink‑related endorsements.
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
