We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Hyndburn Retail Park, Blackburn. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 4 days from 7 each week, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find items they are looking for.
- Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care during deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
- Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
- Enjoy being busy; able to juggle deliveries, till service, floor assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
- Reliability and commitment as part of a small team; dependable to perform best on each shift and not let the team down.
- Flexibility with shifts; ability to cover for colleagues and adapt to rota changes.
- Willingness to complete an Employment Verification check if successful.
