The predicted salary is between 21000 - 26000 £ per year.

Hours: Office based, full time (40 hours), 08:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu).

Salary: Starting salary of £25,397 per annum.

We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Apprentice Customer Service Advisor for our office, based in Monkspath, Solihull, B90 4NU. This is a permanent, full time, office based position.

What does the apprenticeship involve?

  • Working in a busy customer service department and learning how to be a great customer service advisor.
  • Regular prearranged visits (every 6 to 8 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider.
  • In between visits, regular reviews will be conducted via webinar, telephone and video call.
  • Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework.
  • Completion of functional skills in English and Maths (only if required).
  • Completion of an assessment period (3-months), including a final end-point assessment at the end of the 12-month training programme.

Pay, working hours and benefits:

  • A starting salary of £25,397, with a potential salary review after 6 months, depending on progress and achievement of KPIs.

Role Summary:

The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.
