Warehouse Operative Hours and Pay
- 37.5 hours per week across 5 days
- Pay: £13.69–£14.85 per hour (aged 21+) and £10.90–£12.35 per hour (under 21)
- 6 weeks holiday
We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington. We offer a permanent full‑time position with a variety of shift patterns, including at least one weekend day.
Shift Patterns
- Night shift – 22:00 to 06:00
Pay, Working Hours & Benefits
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week for full‑time positions; overtime regularly available

Responsibilities
- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops
- Keep accurate records
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse
- Work within health and safety requirements of the site
- Potential opportunities in goods in and loading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years (Health and Safety reason)
- Physically fit and able to meet productivity targets
- Friendly, positive and hard‑working approach to work
- Experience in a warehouse environment and/or manual handling equipment is a plus but not essential
