Across the business we have an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies. In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by:
- Identifying loss patterns
- Uncovering potential internal theft
- Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour
- Being a health & safety champion
- Removing opportunities for theft
- Ensuring a safe and secure store environment.
Our Hastings store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role, which will involve working Monday 10:30am - 5:15pm, Tuesday 10:00am - 4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am - 4:15pm.
To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:
- Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral
- Be confident and remain calm under pressure
- Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur
