Loss Prevention Associate, Part Time - Hastings

By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss.

In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by:

• Identifying loss patterns
• Uncovering potential internal theft
• Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour
• Being a health & safety champion
• Removing opportunities for theft
• Ensuring a safe and secure store environment.

Our Hastings store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role, which will involve working Monday 10:30am – 5:15pm, Tuesday 10:00am – 4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am – 4:15pm .

To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:

• Have amazing communication skills,both written and oral
• Be confident and remain calm under pressure
• Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur
• Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
