As Farming Partners continues to grow, we are looking for two Senior Managing Farm Partners to take on leadership roles within our grass-based operations. These are senior, hands-on managing partner roles, with responsibility for day-to-day leadership, leading and supporting people on site, delivering performance against agreed KPIs, and working in partnership with landowners and the wider Farming Partners team.
One role is at Dalswinton, a well-established operation with fantastic facilities, milking approximately 800 cows across 450 hectares and rearing its own youngstock. The second role is at Third Farm, which is being converted this year with new parlour and infrastructure, and will be readied for calving in 2027 with a target herd of around 600 cows. This role involves working alongside us during the conversion, helping establish the operation, with the clear goal of developing Third into a world-class operation, and taking a long-term ownership stake in the Third Farm business.
For the right people, we offer a competitive package, alongside scope for investment in cows and the opportunity to grow their own business within the Farming Partners model. The roles are expected to start in summer 2026.

- Payment rate: Strong package with buy into the business available.
