  • Work in compliance with Robinsons Food Safety, Health & Safety requirements, and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with both the Kitchen and Front of House teams.
  • Assist in mentoring and training Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure the site runs professionally, profitably, efficiently, and in compliance with company objectives.
