Kitchen Porter (Must be 16 years+) Part-Time, Weekend day and school holidays.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic kitchen porter to join our busy team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job and wanting to gain experience in a busy kitchen and be part of a fun team where no two days are quite the same.
Reports to : Carolyn Snook Restaurant Manager and Chef.

Personal Specification
· Be polite, helpful, presentable, and confident with a can-do attitude.
· Be responsible and punctual.
· Ability to work both as a team and alone working on your own initiative.
· Good communication skills.
· Organised and enthusiastic.
· Able to take responsibility for your own duties.
Duties:
· Washing up using our dishwasher and keeping dishes, trays and all equipment clean
· Using our cutlery polisher to help your deliver a sparkling finish.
· Helping to put away deliveries correctly and keep stock areas well organised.
· Assisting the chefs with simple food preparation when required.
· Emptying bins and keeping the kitchen area clean & hygienic.
· Assisting with the kitchen cleaning and cleardown at the end of the day to high standard, including mopping the floor.
What we are looking for?
You don't need lots of experience, but a willingness to learn and a great attitude is more important.
Qualifications: None required - full training will be given.
Hours of work: 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and additional hours during school holidays. Approximately 10am - 4pm dependent upon time of year.
