We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farm-ily!
In charge of the daily kitchen operations, costs, health & safety, productivity and food quality, the Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for the overall kitchen team performance and development. You’ll have a passion for great food and possess extremely high standards with great attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing as our Kitchen Manager:
- Delivering the highest food quality from prep to cook.
- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the kitchen team.
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen health & safety in accordance with the law.
- Keeping the operational costs within budget.
- Working alongside our General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver fantastic customer service.
