We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic General Manager with high standards and a true passion for great food and people to join our young and expanding farm‐ily. The role involves day‐to‐day running of restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality, and leading a high‐performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver excellent, high‐quality food and superb customer service consistently.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop new and existing team members.
  • Achieve weekly sales and KPIs targets.
  • Ensure correct Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are always followed.
  • Grow business through effective third‐party delivery operations.
