Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, costs, health & safety, productivity and food quality.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop the kitchen team.
- Maintain operational costs within budget.
- Work with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or 2nd Chef in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven hospitality or QSR environment.
