We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding family!
Responsibilities
- Delivering the highest food quality from prep to cook.
- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the kitchen team.
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen health & safety in accordance with the law.
- Keeping the operational costs within budget.
- Working alongside our General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver fantastic customer service.
- In charge of the daily kitchen operations, costs, health & safety, productivity and food quality.
- Responsible for the overall kitchen team performance and development.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef / 2nd Chef in a fast-paced, quality-driven hospitality or QSR environment.
- Naturally excellent customer service.
- Colourful personality and individuality, being Bold but Humble.
- Passion for great food and people.
- Caring for your team, driving their progression.
