Supporting the General Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the front of house team performance and development. You will set the standard of customer service, ensuring everyone who visits Farmer J has a memorable experience.

- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the front of house team.
- Ensuring the correct Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are always followed.
- Organising and conducting team meetings and training sessions.
- Working alongside our Kitchen Assistant Manager to deliver amazing food.
