FarmEco is a growing community farm connecting people with nature through sustainable food, wellbeing, and outdoor learning. We’re looking for an Activities Lead to develop and deliver our volunteer, school, and corporate engagement programmes — helping more people experience the benefits of community farming.

What You’ll Lead

  • Volunteer recruitment, coordination, and support (including DBS and safeguarding compliance).
  • Planning and delivery of school visits, especially for inner‑city and underserved groups.
  • Corporate volunteering days and members‑only activities.
  • Annual programme planning across volunteering, education, and community events.
  • Administration, scheduling, and reporting to keep programmes running smoothly.
  • Collaboration with the board and partners to grow participation and impact.
