Farm Girl is a group of vibrant London cafés known for our fresh, health-conscious dishes, Australian-inspired coffee, and welcoming atmosphere. We\’re on the lookout for passionate and skilled Baristas to join our growing team. Begin your journey with us through hands-on training, working alongside our talented Head Baristas.

This venue operates through counter service only – The barista therefor also processes orders at the till.

Key Responsibilities

Working with speciality coffee, matcha & teas.

Reporting to General Manager.

Attending training to learn our specific approach.

Interacting with customers.

Cleaning the coffee machine and reporting any faults.

Assisting with checking stock levels

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Latte Art (can be basic, but willing to learn)

Can do attitude and hands-on approach

Teamwork

Excellent customer service

Experience with artisan coffee preferable
