The Role
As Global QSR Key Account Director, you are fully responsible for shaping and executing the worldwide partnership strategy with YUM/KFCâone of Farm Frites' most strategic global QSR customers. This is a highly visible role where you orchestrate a global customer ecosystem, influence senior stakeholders, and drive profitable, sustainable growth across continents.
You define, own, and implement the global strategic plan for the YUM/KFC partnership. You develop longâterm commercial strategies (3â5 years) that strengthen Farm Frites' leadership position and align with YUM's global ambitions. You negotiate growth opportunities such as menu innovation, new country entries, pipeline improvements, and product upgrades. You lead strategic pricing discussions, ensuring disciplined NXW and margin protection. You drive planning accuracy across all regions through rigorous 12â24 month IBP/S&OP processes.
You collaborate closely with Supply Chain, QA, R&D, Finance, Logistics, Operations and Customer Service to ensure First Time Quality and service performance consistently meet YUM's expectations.
The Team
You are part of the Global Sales & Marketing organization and functionally lead a virtual, crossâregional team of Key Account Managers and specialists supporting YUM/KFC globally. You work closely with regional Sales teams, Supply Chain, QA, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service across Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East. The role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's level education or equivalent experience.
- 10â15+ years of senior commercial leadership within QSR, FMCG, or Foodservice.
- Proven success in managing complex global or multiâcountry key accounts.
- Deep understanding of QSR dynamics, franchise systems, supply chain models, and menu development.
- Experience working with YUM/KFC is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into insights and decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate global complexity.
- Skilled negotiator with strong financial and margin understanding.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
