We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead our Pre Toddler room at this unique, farm based setting. You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS, and delivering planning, supporting and mentoring other staff and leading the team forward. You will be qualified in Childcare to a minimum of Level 3, and have experience in a similar role working with children 0-5 years.
The role is a full time, permanent position, working 36-40 hours per week, on various shift patterns between our opening hours of 7:30am-6:30pm.
