Mead Open Farm Day Nursery is part of the Farm Day Nurseries group, offering a full-time, permanent contract of 40 hours per week. We are a leading early years education provider, providing a warm, nurturing environment where passionate educators help children thrive through nature-based learning onsite at our stunning day nursery settings, based on award-winning farm parks.
We focus on nature-based play and outdoor learning, following a child-led curiosity approach to children’s development. We are looking for a confident, experienced Room Leader to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard-working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, always being on hand with new ideas and activities.
You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS, delivering planning, supporting and mentoring other staff, and leading the team forward. You will be qualified in Childcare to a minimum of Level 3 and have experience in a similar role working with children aged 0-5 years. The role involves working various shift patterns between our opening hours of 7:30am-6:30pm.
