We are excited to announce that we have a vacancy available for an experienced and confident Deputy Manager to assist the Management team with the day-to-day running of this unique, well-regarded setting on the award-winning Godstone Farm.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputy Manager responsibilities include assisting the Management team with the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, ensuring high standards of care and education, and helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inspiring environment for children and families.

Qualifications:

  • A recognised Early Years qualification level 3 or above
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a Day Nursery setting
  • Experience in a leadership role in a large nursery setting
  • Previous team leading experience
  • A real passion for working with children
  • A strong command of the English language
  • Flexibility and punctuality
