What You’ll Be Doing
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll:
- Create fun, engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
- Support children to learn through outdoor play and exploration.
- Build warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Help every child feel safe, valued and confident.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and new ideas to every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, though we will consider unqualified applicants with experience
- Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery setting
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- A positive, reliable and caring approach
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to make a real difference
