About you: We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for sustainable agriculture. A proven track record of winning business, generating revenue and building strategic partnerships. Experience in agricultural, food, commodity or related supply chains. Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, traceability, certification or responsible sourcing. Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging with senior decision‑makers in corporate, investor or development finance environments. Knowledge of East African agricultural markets. An entrepreneurial approach and the ability to turn opportunities into results.
You’ll join an organisation with deep technical expertise, a strong reputation across eastern Africa and a growing ambition to influence how agricultural markets work for both businesses and farmers. This is an opportunity to build something new, work with influential partners and play a key role in the next phase of Farm Africa’s sustainable supply chain work.
