We are seeking a dedicated and experienced childcare Manager to oversee Wrap Around Care services based in Drayton/Cosham, Portsmouth. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Wrap Around Care team to deliver high‑quality childcare services in accordance with organisational policies and standards.
- Plan, organise, and oversee daily activities, ensuring they are fun, educational, and suitable for children of various ages.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community atmosphere.
- Coordinate with schools in Drayton and Cosham to ensure smooth transition of children between school and care settings.
- Manage administrative tasks including attendance records, activity planning, and communication with parents.
- Support children's individual needs through personalised care plans when necessary.
- Assist with organising special events or outings as part of the programme.
- Qualified in childcare, teaching or similar roles within a childcare setting.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
