Following our recent partnership with Lawfront, were growing our successful Employment team and looking for a talented 24 years PQE Employment Solicitor to join us - working across our Lancashire offices (you'll have a home base, but travel across offices is required).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuinely varied caseload and wants to be part of a forward-thinking firm during a period of real expansion.

The Role Youll work across both employer and employee matters, handling a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment work.

Expect a healthy blend of tribunal cases, day-to-day HR support, contracts and policies, discrimination matters, and business-focused advice.

Youll have the autonomy to run your own files while being supported by a friendly, collaborative team that values knowledge-sharing and professional development.

A particularly exciting aspect of the role will involve you playing a part further developing our HR Advantage service, which is our retainer service that we offer to employers.
